1. Follow Highway #401 to Cobourg (Exit 474B). 
2. Take County Road 45N (Highway 45N) through Village of Roseneath (approx. 20 minutes). 
3. Continue approx. 5.5KM (3.5 Miles) to Baxter Road. Turn Left (sign). 
4. Follow Baxter Rd. to bottom of paved hill, veer left. Sandy Bay Rd. starts here. 
5. Follow this road to Sandy Bay Cottages. (#92).. 

Note:For GPS directions, do not select the town of Hastings. Select municipality of 'Alnwick/Haldimand'  or town of 'Roseneath' and then 'Sandy Bay Road' and then '92'.
